Haddad GMC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Adams, MA. In this role, you will support the daily administrative functions of our dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations while delivering exceptional service to both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer and vehicle records accurately.
• Assist in processing sales, service, and warranty paperwork.
• Coordinate communication between departments and with customers.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Vehicle registrations for mass and occasional out-of-state

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning dealership software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service focus.
