The ideal candidate is an experienced, licensed insurance sales professional who thrives on generating new business, working agency-provided leads, and actively developing their own network of referral sources and centers of influence. This role is built for someone who wants to grow a self-sustaining pipeline, not just work a call list. What We Offer: Annual base salary plus uncapped commission on new business Team-based performance bonuses and year-round contests Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Transparent commission structure with no chargebacks or commission limits Ongoing training and career development opportunities Company-provided leads to complement your personal network Paid licensing and continuing education support Collaborative and supportive team environment Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Sales & Production Contact and convert agency-provided leads promptly, following our speed-to-lead and follow-up standards Run full discovery on every prospect to uncover auto, property, and life insurance needs beyond the product they inquired about Quote, present, overcome objections, and close new business Meet or exceed monthly new business production goals Build and maintain a center-of-influence (COI) network (realtors, lenders, auto dealers, financial advisors, and other referral partners) Ask every customer for referrals at point of sale and policy delivery, and maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm to keep referrals coming Engage on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to build brand presence and generate referral opportunities, within brand and advertising compliance guidelines Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline records in the agency CRM Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required, or willingness and ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Demonstrated success in a sales role with an outbound or self-sourced production component Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals Comfortable with cold outreach, consistent follow-up, and a goal-oriented environment Self-motivated, coachable, and organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain coverage clearly to prospects Comfortable with agency management systems and technology Established network or center-of-influence (COI) relationships in the local area a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr Richard Group Agency
