Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines, IA seeks an experienced animal care professional focused on avian species. The role involves daily husbandry, enrichment, and health monitoring for birds and one reptile species, under supervision of the Bird Supervisor.
Ideal candidates have a four-year biology-related degree and 1+ years in animal husbandry, with proficiency in MS Office and data recording. Will participate in tours, trainings, and safety procedures within a dynamic zoo setting.
