Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts

Job Overview Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team in a fun, high‑paced, professional work environment. Continuous learning and on‑the‑job training will allow you to operate power industrial equipment and advanced automation at a progressively higher hourly rate and earn incentive pay. What You’ll Do Keep your edge by moving efficiently so that life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management. Receive on‑the‑job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and operating our advanced automation. What You’ll Need Entry‑level experience or willingness to learn. Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift. Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product). Compensation & Incentives Full‑time Sunday to Thursday, 8 PM until completion – $22.53 per hour. Pay may increase to $23.57 per hour in 12 months. Material Handler incentive plan can earn up to $1.75 per hour in incentive pay, based on performance. Benefits Medical, dental, vision and Vitality program that helps decrease premium costs.
