Registered Nurse RN Home Health

We are looking for the right RN for quick visits for a gentleman in Amesbury, MA. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays either mornings or mid-day for 2 hours. Medication management. We also have 2 nursing cases in Plaistow, NH and Atkinson, NH. NH RN license is required. 5 year old Female in Atkinson (Mondays and Fridays 8am to 6pm). 20 year old Female in Plaistow (Monday through Friday 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays 8am to 8pm). Shifts can be flexible.

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in the comfort of their homes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, medication management, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• License: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Experience: Previous experience in home health, hospice, or an acute care setting is highly advantageous (New grads with a passion for home health are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and clinical excellence.
• Vehicle: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to patient homes.
