Dublin, TX (Silver Star site) A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position, key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance. You'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather, as you will be working up-tower each day. The position may require up to 25% travel per year. MORE ABOUT YOU

✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to develop a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous improvement at the site
✓ You will be engaged in technical problem solving, handle the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and manage customer accounts and service contracts.
✓ You will bring an associate degree or equivalent years in management/leadership experience in a service field industry. Will consider 3-5yrs of similar industry or technology such as hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
