What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve daily operational and performance goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Coach, train, and support team members to help them grow and succeed.
• Monitor team performance and provide meaningful, ongoing feedback.
• Lead by example and ensure phenomenal customer service is delivered at every interaction.
• Create a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
• Step in to solve problems, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a track record of success.

• A positive, professional attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Retail and/or Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing team members.
