What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, including those with complex cardiac conditions
• Monitor patient status using telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, and other advanced equipment
• Administer medications and conscious sedation as needed
• Initiate IV starts, manage PA lines, and balloon pumps
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license with current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac ICU or equivalent setting
• Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, and EPIC documentation software
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Preferred: Previous travel nursing experience
