Job Opportunity: Unit Manager, RN
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Unit Manager, RN to oversee clinical operations within a designated unit at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring that residents receive safe and high-quality care, whether they are in short-term rehabilitation or long-term care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Coordinate resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage medications and treatments effectively.
- Maintain precise electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
This position involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a resident-focused and cooperative atmosphere. We prioritize training and provide opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
