Job Details

Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist customers with the delivery of recently purchased appliances. The Call Center Representative will help coordinate the delivery process by communicating with customers, delivery drivers, and retail store teams to ensure deliveries are scheduled accurately and completed smoothly.

This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer systems, solving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers regarding appliance deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with customers, delivery drivers, and retail store teams.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions, delivery details, and scheduling information accurately.
• Work with internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues and provide solutions to customers.
• Use computer systems and software to access customer information, update records, and process delivery requests.
• Maintain knowledge of products and delivery procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests and delivery schedules.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, drivers, retail locations, and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find effective solutions.

Work Environment
