Job Description As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Attend training sessions and staff meetings. Follow personalized care plans and support strategies. Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment. Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check. Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time options available).
