What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager, you help keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will:

• Lead and support team members during your shift
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Train new employees and reinforce Wendy’s procedures
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and meet brand expectations
• Help create a positive, fast-paced, and friendly work environment

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least one year of restaurant experience
• Experience leading, organizing, or supervising a team
• Strong skills in customer service, problem solving, and decision making
• The ability to give and receive direction professionally
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Physical & Job Requirements

Shift Managers must be able to:

• Travel to other Wendy’s locations when needed
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Lift 25–50 lbs. occasionally
• Work in various weather conditions (e.g., rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash, etc.)
• Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, grills, and follow all brand standards

Requirements:

 

· Previous managed and organized a team in a fast-paced environment.

· 1 year restaurant experience.

· Customer 1st focus.

· Be able to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs.

· Flexible work availability.
