Atlantic Health is seeking a Quality Reviewer (CRC) for Home Care in New Jersey. The role conducts timely review of SOC, ROC and Recertification, uses CRC assessment tools to provide feedback on OASIS accuracy and POC, and codes charts based on primary and secondary reasons for home care.
