Supervisor, Quality Assurance Specialist (Overnight)

Regeneron seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to supervise on-the-floor QA activities at the Rensselaer facility, directing product disposition, investigations, and compliance oversight while mentoring staff and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities supporting product and raw material disposition while ensuring cGMP and SOP compliance
- Investigate and resolve deviations, change controls, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and train employees on QA processes, procedures, and organizational expectations
- Review manufacturing records, controlled documents, and investigations for approval
- Supervise direct reports with monthly performance feedback and training coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years QA experience (Principal level) or 8+ years (Staff level)
- Experience with sterile drug product manufacturing and fill-finish operations
- Knowledge of biologics manufacturing operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work extended periods on manufacturing floor
Compensation: $78,700-$128,700 annually
