Primary Responsibilities Perform a range of high-quality skincare treatments including facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacial’s, Glo2 treatments, exfoliation treatments, and microdermabrasion Assist in the overall growth and development of the spa by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through proactive guest engagement and follow-up Actively participate in sales initiatives to promote skincare products and services, including participating in internal and external events as needed Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to identify guests needs and recommend personalized treatment plans Educate guests on skincare products and services to promote healthy skin maintenance Stay up to date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide guests with the best possible recommendations Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment and adhere to all sanitation protocols Qualifications Licensed esthetician in New York State with a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical spa facials and treatments Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a skincare or beauty industry setting Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments Exceptional sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively Ability to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Generous employee discounts on skincare products and services Health benefits package and paid time off Positive and supportive team environment with ongoing training and mentorship Behavioral Characteristics Ethical Positive attitude Enthusiastic Relationship Oriented Trustworthy Outgoing Self-motivated Tenacious Upbeat Polished Physical/Mental Requirements Standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 30lbs to assist in unpacking inventory and store set-up Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE VIO Med Spa is an age-defying, beauty and wellness medical spa that provides unparalleled and innovative services for all who want to retain that youthful look and feel without engaging in invasive procedures.
