Business AnalystRequired Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience with the ability to gather requirements, create detailed process documentation, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), XML, JSON, and field-to-field data mapping, with experience supporting integration and implementation projects.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and successfully deliver technical implementations on time.Experience within freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, or supply chain operations, with an understanding of logistics workflows and technology requirements.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage expectations, navigate competing priorities, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience with Agile/Scrum environments, development team coordination, and familiarity with SQL, programming languages, or integration platforms such as Boomi, Sterling Integrator, and Informatica.Job Description: This role is responsible for serving as the liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to successfully deliver EDI and systems integration projects within a logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, expertise in EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, and the ability to create detailed data mappings using XML and JSON formats. This position requires proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving technical implementations from requirements gathering through deployment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to effectively manage client expectations, facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical groups, and ensure project milestones are met.
