Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.30 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting activity through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior public areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or vendor activity to help support authorized entry and report suspicious behavior or unusual conditions. Assist with crowd management, de-escalation, and/or directional support during busy periods, special events, and closing procedures while following site-specific protocols. Minimum Requirements Have 2+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
