Temp - Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Nights) Lansing MI

Responsible for the delivery of respiratory therapy and patient care following physician s orders, hospital policies and procedures; and departmental standards of care and standards of practice.

Responsibilities:

• Performs therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures.
• Evaluates patient/resident response to respiratory therapy and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Provides education to patients and staff regarding respiratory procedures, equipment operation, and safety precautions.
• Performs routine maintenance and service checks on equipment.
• Maintains records, reports, and other documentation related to the work.

• 2+ years of RRT experience - [REQUIRED]
• Ventilator, Bipap, ICU, ER, and ABG trained therapist - [REQUIRED]
• ACLS - [PREFERRED]
