Industrial Sprayer

Pay: Starting at $17/hour (more depending on experience) + quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Overtime Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to have you on our team. We're looking for an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our manufacturing facility. Experience with industrial spray equipment is a plus, but if you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
• Check parts to make sure the coating looks good and meets quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Use tools like viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep your work area organized.
• Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
• Pitch in where needed to help keep production moving.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous industrial spraying or paint experience is preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Someone who works well on their own and with a team.
• A dependable employee with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.

Physical Requirements:

This is an active position that requires you to:

• Be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds.
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform overhead work throughout the day.
