Industrial Sprayer
Pay: Starting at $17/hour (more depending on experience) + quarterly bonus opportunities
Schedule:
- Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Overtime Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We're looking for an Industrial Sprayer to apply liquid coatings to metal parts in our manufacturing facility. Experience with industrial spray equipment is a plus, but if you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Apply liquid coatings to metal parts using industrial spray equipment.
- Check parts to make sure the coating looks good and meets quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Use tools like viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers.
- Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep your work area organized.
- Work safely around paints, coatings, and chemicals.
- Pitch in where needed to help keep production moving.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous industrial spraying or paint experience is preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
- Someone who works well on their own and with a team.
- A dependable employee with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.
Physical Requirements:
This is an active position that requires you to:
- Be on your feet for most of the shift.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds.
- Bend, twist, reach, and perform overhead work throughout the day.
