Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and developing comprehensive care plans
• Collaborating with physicians or working independently to diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic conditions
• Instructing patients and families on preventive measures, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in line with your practice scope

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
