Job Description Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and promotes patient education and safety. Responsibilities: Assess patientconditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management. Qualifications: Hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Possess minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical unit. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications. Show compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
