Job Title: Sales Specialist – Shed Sales
Location: Nashville, TN

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Commission (Potential to earn $25K–$100K+ annually)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (some flexibility)

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Specialist to join our Southaven team and help customers find the perfect building for their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone/web inquiries
• Learn our shed and building options inside and out (we’ll train you!)
• Ask great questions to understand the customer’s needs and match them with the right product
• Create quotes and process orders
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Manage lot cleanliness, signage, and pricing updates
• Take ownership of local social media marketing – post regularly to Facebook, engage with local groups, and run basic Facebook ads to drive traffic
• Work toward monthly sales goals and bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, self-motivated, and dependable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media marketing and basic ad management (especially Facebook)
• Comfortable using a computer, phone, and basic sales tools (we use Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.)
• Retail, furniture, auto, or shed sales experience is a big plus—but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Must be able to walk the lot and occasionally climb into buildings
