Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Project Inspector to assist with our projects in Charleston, WV!Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with project partners such as clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Read and interpret project plans and specifications.Follow applicable QA/QC procedures.Measure, calculate, and determine all quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials.Report any deficiencies in the contractors work to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.Prepare Daily Inspector's Reports using various software such as Word and AASHTOWare Project (AWP).Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience in Transportation Construction Inspection and EngineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComputer skills including use of e-mail, Excel and WordCertifications and Training:Level II, III, IV WVDOH TRET Certification or ability to obtainBenefits401(k) w/ company matchHealth insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, LifeFlexible schedulePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementCatalytic Coaching - Employees draft a development plan aimed at improving contributions in their current job and increasing the potential for other opportunities.
