What You’ll Do Front Office / Patient Services Specialist Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers Clinical / Medical Assistant Responsibilities Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines Performing point-of-care testing Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols What You Bring Accredited MA training or equivalent experience MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification) 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment Why you’ll Love Working Here Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company funded HSA + exclusive healthcare discounts 401(k) with company match Company paid life insurance Flexible time off + Vacation Exchange Program Medical Assistant Certification Reimbursement What We Value Trust.
