Job Description & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of Med-Surg RN experience
• Experience in acute care hospital settings
• At least 1 year of surgical floor experience (highly preferred)

License

• Active Michigan (MI) RN License – Required

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) – Required

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN – Preferred

Clinical Skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing care planning and patient assessment
• Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing duties
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and document patient care
• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
