Full Job Description
At My Kids Childcare, we are seeking a strong, engaging, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with preschool-aged children, understands child development, and values being part of a supportive, professional school environment.
This is not a babysitting position. You will not be left to figure things out on your own. We are looking for a dedicated educator who wants to create meaningful classroom experiences, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a collaborative team that takes pride in early childhood education.

What Youll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support childrens academic, social, and emotional growth
- Encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and student progress
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-managed classroom

Qualifications
- Early childhood education experience strongly preferred
- CDA, Associates, or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- Must meet Ohio licensing requirements for childcare staff
Pay: $15.00 $24.00 per hour
