Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring that MLS inventory is accurate, complete, and properly safeguarded. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong clerical and inventory control skills. This individual must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced aerospace environment while supporting company values and operational goals.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of Aerospace Inventory Clerk experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately document inventory quantities and quality
• Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming materials and goods
• Re-stock inventory items and properly label shelves and storage locations
• Process and document returns to stock following established procedures
• Transfer inventory to the appropriate stock location the same day received
• Reconcile stock counts with inventory reports and system data
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate manual and computerized inventory systems
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate data entry
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Assist with conducting inventory audits while minimizing adjustments
• Prepare inventory reports as directed by management
• Follow proper storage and handling procedures for all inventory, including chemicals
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized inventory locations
• Prepare kits for assembly using pick lists and production routers
• Adhere to EH&S and FOD policies and procedures
• Analyze and solve inventory-related issues with a proactive attitude
• Prepare routine administrative paperwork and reports
• Perform inventory transactions within ERP systems
• Support material movement between receiving, inspection, stockroom, manufacturing, and shipping departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Aerospace Inventory Clerk experience required
• Minimum 1 year of inventory management experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience using ERP systems and computerized inventory software preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
• Must be able to pass E-Verify
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug test
• Must be able to commute to Inglewood

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
