Cash Management Specialist I

Division: Commercial Department: Cash Management Hudson Valley Reports to: Division Head, Commercial Lending Status: Exempt Grade: 9E Salary Range: $52,000 - $90,498 Location: Yorktown Heights, NY Purpose/Objective Responsible for broad array of cash management implementation, technical support, customer service and business support functions in conjunction with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking and Operations departments. Key Accountabilities Maintain high level of knowledge of the bank’s cash management, domestic and international products and services. Provide support for Cash Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities. Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials. Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of cash management services in conjunction with business partners. Perform on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training. Work with customers and 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide Cash Management product demonstrations and training. Coordinate underwriting, maintenance and exception processing for ACH and Remote Deposit limits, in conjunction with lending teams and support units. Coordinate and execute customer communications. Perform MIS reporting related to Cash Management financial performance and product activity. Coordinate and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions. Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience. Experience Minimum of 2 years of cash management sales/service experience. Skills & Knowledge Strong customer service skills. Strong detail orientation. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Travel within the New England area is required.
