Sales Representative - Inbound Leads (Financial Services)

Wesley Group seeks a Sales – Incoming Leads Only professional to convert qualified inbound interest into new financial services client engagements. In this role, you’ll respond to warm leads, conduct consultative discovery calls, understand client needs, and position Wesley Group’s advisory and consulting solutions. Partnering closely with senior advisors, you’ll manage a structured pipeline, maintain meticulous CRM records, and drive consistent revenue results. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment aligned with our entrepreneurial culture.
