Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Resident Experience

Jones Street is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide high-quality customer service to current and prospective residents while overseeing the leasing process from inquiry to occupancy. You will respond to inquiries, schedule tours, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, and maintain market knowledge to optimize occupancy and drive community performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software like Yardi is preferred, along with strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Jones Street
