Experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – $35/hr + Tips & Full Spa Access

Pay: $35.00 / treatment hour + Tips

Location: Powell, OH | Cryo Wellness Spa

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized, high-quality therapeutic treatments (Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports/Recovery, Neuromuscular, and Relaxion techniques). Experience with lymphatic massage a plus.
• Conduct thorough client intakes to design targeted treatment plans for pain relief, mobility, and stress management.
• Maintain clear, timely SOAP notes to track client progress and outcomes.
• Educate clients on home self-care, recovery strategies, and re-booking schedules to build a dedicated client base.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Active Ohio State Medical Board Massage Therapy License (Required).
• 1+ years of professional experience (preferred but not necessary) in therapeutic, medical, deep tissue, or sports massage (Chiropractic, clinical, or athletic recovery backgrounds preferred).
• Strong understanding of functional anatomy, kinesiology, and injury management.
• Professional demeanor, punctual, dependable, and warm communication skills.
• Desire to build strong, long-term relationships with clients committed to their wellness journey.
