Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled Carpenter who takes pride in doing exceptional work and values craftsmanship above shortcuts.

Our projects focus on high-quality residential construction and remodeling, where attention to detail, thoughtful execution, and pride in the finished product are the standard. We’re seeking a carpenter who still enjoys stepping back at the end of the day and appreciating the work that was built.

This is a hands-on role for someone who sets the tone on a job site through skill, professionalism, and respect for the trade.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-level carpentry including framing, finish work, trim, and custom details
• Read and execute plans with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Solve problems in the field while maintaining high standards
• Help mentor and guide other carpenters who are serious about the trade

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Strong skills in finish carpentry and custom work
• Ability to read plans and think ahead on site
• A carpenter who values quality, precision, and doing things the right way
• Someone who takes genuine pride in their craft
