Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Expeditor / Invoice Coordinator to support warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Expedite the flow of materials, products, and orders within the warehouse.
• Review, process, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receiving documents, and shipping records.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers regarding shipments and inventory.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and invoices.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, and invoicing.
• Enter and update information in warehouse management and accounting systems.
