Job Description\n GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Santa Fe, New Mexico.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ED - Emergency Department\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2405.44\n \n Opportunity:\n RN - ER\n Job Details:\n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\n • Full-time position\n • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served\n • Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs\n • Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention\n • Develop and implement individualized, measurable plans of care within established nursing standards\n • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and patient outcome evaluations\n • Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning\n • Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs\n • Perform various Point of Care testing procedures\n • Delegate unit work assignments appropriately to ensure completion of required patient care support activities\n • Coordinate team assignments and make adjustments based on patient and unit needs\n • Participate in orientation of new staff and students on the unit\n • Required certifications: TNCC, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)\n • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required\n • EMR experience with EPIC required\n • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing required\n Facility:\n This facility is a full-service healthcare organization providing comprehensive medical services to its community.
