Essential Qualifications:

  • Current and active Massachusetts SLP license
  • MA Department of Education (DOE) educator certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics and collaborative approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment, planning, and therapy to students in grades as assigned
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate actively in IEP meetings
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and progress notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education as required
  • Deliver services fully onsite for the duration of the assignment
