• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
• Shift: 5x8 Days
  • 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM

Radius Rule

• Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Required Licenses & Certifications

• WI RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
• ACLS (AHA or ARC) – Preferred
• ADN or BSN Required

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years OR RN experience
• Must be willing to scrub and assist during procedures
• EPIC experience preferred

Unit Information

• 5 Operating Rooms
• 1 Procedure Room

Surgical Specialties

• Orthopedics
• Spine
• General Surgery
• OB/GYN
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Pain Management

Call Requirements

• 1 weekday call per week
• Every 5th weekend call
• Response time:
  • Preferred: 20 minutes
  • Maximum: 30 minutes

Float Requirements

Must be willing to float to:

• PACU (backup support)
• Sitter assignments throughout the hospital during low census

• Strong OR circulating skills
• Comfortable scrubbing when needed
• Independent and adaptable
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Able to manage schedule changes and varying case volumes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• EPIC (Preferred)
