Residential Treatment Therapist

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Work positively as a team member within a residential facility, alongside a team of professionals who are providing pivotal, industry-leading behavioral health services to those in need Provide individual and family therapy for program clients Conduct client assessment and ongoing reviews of client progress Respond to crisis situations and make appropriate interventions Provide care services during evenings, weekends, and holiday hours Participate in on‑call rotation as needed or requested Act as a liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process Conduct comprehensive assessments

QUALIFICATIONS

A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with persons with co-occurring issues Active LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska (one of these licenses may be in a provisional status) At least 21 years old Please still apply if you do not have your PLADC/LADC but are willing to obtain.
