Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and closely monitor residents' conditions.
• Work collaboratively with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure safety, dignity, and the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and infection control.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

This role is performed on-site, allowing for direct interaction with residents and the healthcare team.
