Deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care. Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, adapting to different styles and needs. Use active listening to understand priorities and elevate issues when needed. Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Partner with team members to drive client engagement and operational excellence.
