AE - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

Job Description Your role as a part‑time stock brand ambassador is to keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Passion for brand standards: a go‑getter in keeping product moving through timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Master of the Stockroom: keep the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Innovative spirit: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it. Teamwork: always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or to assist guests. Integrity and safety: safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
