Contact Center Representative

$21 - $23 per hour

Description

Earn $21.00-$23.00/hour + full benefits while helping members manage their finances. Credit Union of New Jersey is looking for a motivated and member-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from members regarding account questions, loans, and cards
Help with balances, transfers, and payments
Resolve issues and research account discrepancies
Recommend products and services that fit member needs

Requirements

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent member service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work rotating Saturdays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking candidates are required
