About the Role
The Company is seeking an Area Vice President of Operations with a strong background in home health, particularly in the Medicare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring branch leaders to ensure that performance metrics are met, as well as for the overall compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires a leader who can hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff across multiple home health locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Medicare home health branch leadership, a deep understanding of Medicare home health regulations, and experience in managing multiple sites.
