You’ll join a company where collaboration, excellence, and meaningful impact guide what's built next.ResponsibilitiesDevelop software programs and interfaces between Exotec products and client software ecosystems, supporting management to deliver the highest-quality software integration standards and achieve team commitmentsServe as a subject matter expert transversally for the North American Software Integration team, leading technical training and continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze client software needs and architecture and make optimized technical proposals, occasionally participating in the pre-sales phase on particularly complex solutions Write software development specifications as well as functional analysis describing the software operationsSupport developers on product, process and design, ensuring the application of the software integration team's technical methodology and reviewing code for qualityCollaborate cross-functionally with hardware, system and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integrationConduct functional analysis review to ensure quality throughout projects' study phaseSupport the software team in the proper handover of developed software features to the necessary operational teamsPropose improvement ideas for the department roadmapProvide on-site support at the client location as neededModel Exotec's values and champion our cultureRequirementsWe strongly encourage applications from candidates of all genders to help us build a truly inclusive environment.
