Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined production professional with hands-on experience assembling and testing electronic control products using precise tools and job specifications. Known for accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Skilled in operating specialized equipment like laminators, die cutters, and lasers, with a strong eye for quality inspection and troubleshooting.

Assembly Responsibilities:

• Using job tickets and assembly drawings build basic forms of electronic control products
• Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
• Correctly record number of products tested or built on job tickets
• Utilize the ERP system to input job ticket data
• Running of laminators, steel rule die, hole punch, power cutter, laser, and knife cutter
• Production related trouble shooting
• Successfully cross train into other areas of the department

Requirements For Assembly:

• Good eye for small detailed inspection
• Self-motivated, ambitious and energetic
• Production and manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to be flexible to meet changing requirements
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Be able to use a ruler and caliper and read and interpret gauges
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good mechanical, math and reading abilities
