Utilities Product Manager, VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a related field.
• We have advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• We can lead product lifecycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
• We have experience leading complex platform, product, program, or project initiatives in large-scale organizations.
• We communicate clearly and build strong relationships, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
• We work effectively in fast-moving, highly visible environments with multiple competing priorities.
• We have experience shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes across several domains.
• We understand application programming interfaces, platform architecture concepts, and technology delivery processes.
• We have hands-on experience with Jira, JQL reporting, Agile methods, and backlog management.
• We can identify risks, remove blockers, and make decisions through ambiguity.
• We have prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making practices is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, payments, banking, credit card, deposit account, or transaction-related platforms is preferred.

• We lead discovery work and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We build the framework and track key product success measures such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• We shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an Account Utilities platform supporting credit card, demand deposit account, and transaction data domains.
• We lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to deliver shared platform capabilities and improve transaction search experiences.
• We act as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders, turning requirements into actionable outcomes.
• We facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story development, and scrum ceremonies.
• We monitor and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving resolution and maintaining leadership visibility.
• We partner with product teams to prioritize initiatives, align on strategic objectives, and ensure successful delivery of platform enhancements.
• We use data, customer insights, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and platform evolution.
