SMC Commercial LLC is seeking a high-performing Commercial Concrete Crew Foreman to lead our field operations in the Greater Knoxville area. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who knows the industry, respects the craft, and can keep a crew running like a well-oiled machine.

The Work & Schedule

• Hours: Standard weeks typically range between 45–55 hours .
• Location: Most projects are located within a 50-mile radius of Knoxville , ensuring you spend more time on the job (or at home) and less time on long-distance hauls.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Field Experience: Substantial, verifiable experience in commercial concrete is non-negotiable. You should be an expert in formwork, finishing, and site prep.
• Leadership: Manage crew productivity, safety compliance, and daily reporting.
• Technical Skill: Ability to read blueprints, coordinate with GCs, and manage material deliveries on-site.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to manage the physical demands of a high-output commercial environment.
