Production CoordinatorThe Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily Processing Department operations through inventory tracking, reporting, regulatory documentation, and data management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to keep operations running smoothly and accurately. This role works closely with multiple departments to support inventory control, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.What You'll DoMaintain and reconcile inventory, production, and government records to ensure accuracy and compliance with TTB, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standardsComplete and process reports, shipment documentation, work orders, and system transactions within JDE and other manufacturing systemsAnalyze data, identify reporting or inventory discrepancies, and take corrective action to resolve issues and improve processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally to improve communication, support department goals, and contribute to a positive team environmentScheduled Shift: Monday through Friday; 3:00pm-11:00pmQualifications/RequirementsRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of related manufacturing, production coordination, inventory, or clerical experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systemsStrong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferredUndergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fieldExperience working with manufacturing software such as ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or JDE systemsExperience supporting inventory control, regulatory reporting, or continuous improvement initiativesCulture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
