Job Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes. This role involves performing and assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer patient assessments and prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Support and monitor patients during invasive procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and technical staff to ensure seamless procedural flow.
  
  
• 
  Document patient data, procedures, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about procedures, post-care instructions, and recovery expectations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or interventional setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in cardiac procedures and patient monitoring.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
