Job Description:

• Energetically oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
• Interacts positively with guests while fulfilling orders and proactively addressing guest concerns
• Manages and mentors staff, including recruiting/hiring/training of employees, managing issues of discipline/termination, ensuring ongoing training/education, etc.
• Manages supplies and inventory and ensures orderly work areas
• Ensures that work and guest areas are clean at all times
• Ensures that equipment, supplies and inventory are properly stored
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required
• Ensures company goals are being adhered to
• Actively participates in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Marketing to local businesses to grow the catering operation

Requirements:

• Always does the right thing, even when no one is watching.
• Must be 18 years or older.- Must have a legal/valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of progressive and relevant experience required
• Experience managing and minimizing Cost of Goods Sold and Labor
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
