A growing law firm based in the Englewood, CO area is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its expanding team. The attorney will work fully remote with the only in-person aspects of attending court and monthly firm meetings. The firm focuses exclusively on family law matters and has built a strong reputation. The firm handles a wide range of family law matters, with a primary focus on divorce, child custody, legal separation, and related family law disputes. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in litigation, values autonomy, and is seeking a flexible, remote work environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
- Handle litigation matters including hearings, mediations, status conferences, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
- Advise clients on divorce, custody, child support, and separation matters
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently when appropriate
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Appear in court as needed for hearings and contested matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
- Located in the Denver area
- Direct family law experience required
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
